Your privacy matters at 625jl. This document explains exactly what personal information we collect from Filipino players, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over your own data under Philippine law.
Privacy at a Glance
Six principles that guide how 625jl collects, uses, and protects the personal information of every Filipino player on the platform.
625jl collects personal data only to the extent necessary to provide gaming services, process payments, conduct KYC verification, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with players. We do not collect data speculatively or for sale to third parties.
625jl operates in alignment with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), the implementing rules issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines, and all relevant issuances affecting online gaming platforms.
Registered players at 625jl have enforceable rights over their personal data — including the right to access, correct, object to processing, and request erasure under applicable law. These rights can be exercised by contacting the 625jl data privacy team at any time.
625jl implements industry-standard security measures including TLS/HTTPS encryption, access controls, encrypted storage for sensitive personal data, and regular security reviews. Payment details are not stored by 625jl — they are handled by our certified payment processor partners.
625jl shares player data only with service providers that are necessary to deliver our platform — KYC providers, licensed payment processors, certified game providers, and fraud prevention services. All third-party processors are contractually bound to data protection standards consistent with Philippine law.
625jl retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Account data is retained for a minimum of 5 years after account closure to comply with AML and gaming regulatory requirements.
For the purposes of Republic Act 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines) and its implementing rules and regulations, 625jl is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data it collects and processes in connection with the operation of the 625jl Casino platform.
As Personal Information Controller, 625jl determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and bears responsibility for compliance with applicable data protection law. Where 625jl engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf, those providers act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) and are subject to data processing agreements that impose obligations consistent with Philippine data protection standards.
Questions, requests, and formal notices regarding this Privacy Policy or the processing of personal data by 625jl should be directed to the 625jl Data Privacy Officer (DPO) as described in Section 15 of this Policy.

The 625jl Platform is primarily operated from and for the Philippine market. However, some of the third-party service providers used by 625jl — including certain game software providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and fraud prevention services — may process data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred to a third country, 625jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data flows. These safeguards may include data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses, adequacy determinations, or binding corporate rules where applicable.
Players may request information about the specific safeguards in place for cross-border transfers of their personal data by contacting the 625jl DPO as set out in Section 15.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, registered Players have the following rights in relation to their personal data held by 625jl. These rights may be exercised by contacting the 625jl DPO as described in Section 15:
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether 625jl processes personal data about you, and if so, to receive a copy of that data and information about how it is processed. 625jl will respond to access requests within 30 days.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you by 625jl. Basic account information such as email address and mobile number can be updated directly through your Account settings. KYC corrections require contact with support.
You may request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. This right is subject to 625jl's legal retention obligations — data required to be retained under AML or gaming regulations cannot be erased during the mandatory retention period.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests where you believe your rights and freedoms override those interests. 625jl will assess and respond to objections within 30 days.
Where processing is based on contract or consent and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to request that it be transmitted to another data controller where technically feasible.
If you believe 625jl has not handled your personal data in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. 625jl encourages Players to first raise concerns directly with the 625jl DPO, who will work to resolve the matter promptly.
The 625jl Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 625jl does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. The minimum age for casino-style gaming in the Philippines is 21 years, and this requirement is enforced through the 625jl registration and KYC verification process.
If 625jl discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been collected from an individual below the age of 21, the relevant Account will be immediately suspended and the personal data will be flagged for review. If the individual is confirmed to be under 21, all personal data will be deleted and all account balances, including any winnings, will be forfeited in accordance with the 625jl Terms & Conditions.
Subject to your consent provided at registration or subsequently through your Account settings, 625jl may send you marketing communications including promotional offers, bonus alerts, new game announcements, and platform news via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number and via email.
You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by:
Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect service communications — 625jl will continue to send transactional notifications including deposit confirmations, withdrawal processing updates, and security alerts regardless of marketing consent status, as these are necessary for Account operation.
625jl may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, amendments to applicable Philippine privacy law, NPC regulatory guidance, or changes to the 625jl Platform and services.
Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to registered Players by email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. The version of this Policy in effect at the time of any data processing activity shall govern that activity.
Continued use of the 625jl Platform following notification of a material change to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not accept a material change, you should cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in the 625jl Terms & Conditions.
625jl has designated a Data Privacy Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The DPO is the primary contact for all data subject rights requests, privacy inquiries, and formal data protection complaints.
For urgent account security concerns, including suspected unauthorized access to your 625jl account, the fastest assistance is available through the 24/7 live chat feature accessible when logged into your Account dashboard. The DPO email channel is best suited for formal data subject rights requests and privacy complaints.
